Cancellation & Return Policy

We take immense pride in crafting made-to-order, customized tailored shirts designed just for you. As each product is made individually to your preferences, we follow a strict cancellation and return policy:

• Shipping Timeline: All products are made-to-order and will be shipped within 15 days of order placement.
• Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable: All customized products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
• No Cancellation After Dispatch: Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation or return is not allowed under any circumstances.
• 24-Hour Cancellation Window: Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, the production process begins and cancellations will no longer be accepted.
• Post-Order Changes: Requests for any size, fabric, or design changes must also be made within the first 24 hours of placing the order.
• Quality-Related Concerns: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please reach out with supporting photos within 48 hours of delivery for a resolution.
• Delivery Refusal: Refusing to accept a delivery does not constitute a valid cancellation or return and may result in the order being forfeited.
